2008 Race #6 Results:
Course Description: The course was in whipped back into shape after the wind storm tossed 15+ trees and a ton of debree across the trail 3 weeks earlier. Course was dry and slightly lose. This was the rain date for NEO Power Series Race #2 and also the series final for the 2008 Groovy Cycleworks Vulture's Knob Race Series. Temperature was a refreshing 60 with a slight breeze and plenty of sunshine. The Winner of the Custom Groovy Cycleworks Frame and Fork was : Roger Sommers Winner of the Groovy Cycleworks Love Handles was: Jeff Pendlebury Three (3) bikes were given away from the Bikes for Kids program to underprivileged youth. |
